First things first, you can enjoy that desirable morning lie in. Sleep is essential to you being able to function throughout the day. Sleep deprivation can have a huge range of effects that can be detrimental to both your physical and mental health. You are recommended to have between 7 and 9 hours sleep a night which can be dependant on each person to be able to have optimal functionality.


By getting that extra bit of sleep and not having to travel to and from work, you’ll be sure to feel more motivated to work. However, we all want to look as good as we feel too. Instead of spending time commuting, you are able to go out for a run or head over to the gym in your spare time. Adding this exercise to your daily routine will improve your physical appearance, as well as your mental state too, keeping you more focused for work.

Social Life

You may think that working from home may sound antisocial. But having this flexibility actually allows you to become more social, with both friends and work colleagues. You will be able to work on your own time and catch up with co-workers in the day and never miss out on a special occasion again. Working in network marketing itself is very social because you are always meeting new people wherever you go.


One thing you will notice, is the lack of snacking when you leave the office environment. It is typical to find yourself grazing at your desk on snacks such as; biscuits, crisps, sweets and chocolate. By working from home, you will be able to make more conscious decisions on what you eat, without being surrounded by sugary treats. By implementing nutritionally rich foods to your diet throughout the day, you will find yourself being much more productive.
